Update:😞 it's exactly One week today and I haven't found the owner of this sweet pup we picked up on the road in catonsville She's really depressed and she's not eating. We took her to the vet she's not chipped. Please bump this post to help me find the owner

For those searching - Do Not Chase. Will move further away and possibly into traffic. STOP AND THINK Use Slow Movements Don’t approach the dog, let them approach you NEVER approach in a straight line, turn your body to an angle Don’t look directly at the dog Lure with food if possible Speak softly; NEVER call out or whistle If you are not able to lure the dog, watch and follow from a distance and call the proper authorities to help keep him safe - Do Not Chase!
