This cat has been coming around my in Cypress. It has the tip of it's left ear missing. Is it your cat? It runs away when I try to get near it. It is a beautiful cat.

Hope Gonzales you can also try to trap the cat and take him to Texas Litter Control so they can check the cats overall health. They are a low cost option. They can help with referring you to cat rescues as well.

If its ear is tipped that likely means this cat has been spayed/neutered. This cat may or may not have a permanent home and may have been a TNR...trap, neuter, release. There are so many stray or feral cats out there and its very sad. Pet owners must spay and neuter and keep pets safely contained or this happens.
