Ellen Vasta the original finder, my niece, thought she was blind due to her frantically weaving in and out of traffic! I rescue Senior and special needs dogs so she reached out to me. This kiddos vision isn’t perfect but once we got her hydrated and cool air she calmed down. Connecting with owner now!
