There's a black big Doberman looking dog in the round about between precinct rd and randol mill rd. He was just standing by the road and then walked towards the Trinity river farm in randol mill rd. We called rescue shelter and the Al operator took the info but no one really answered. Please of this is your dog or want to help please reach out. He’s been by him outside since yesterday.
