You i actually took him to the place where i picked him up it was from a family that said they found him and I told them i could foster him till the owner claimed him but when I parked down the street he literally ran towards that house so I don't know if they just didn't want him anymore or what but I could be wrong but I know dog's always go home when close to it so it just left me wondering and the thing is that I have a rotti myself but a female and he is trying to do nastys with her and she is not fixed so I probably won't be able to keep him much longer and that makes me feel sad for him

Wonder if he gets out often and knows his way home. Have you tried putting him on a leash and walking with him to see if he goes to his house?
