Little guy was terrified at first while he is not roaming he is in the possession of my neighbor, we are trying to locate his owner because he seems very domisticated not a stray. My neighbor can hold on to him until tomorrow and by tomorrow will be left no other choice but to call animal control so please if this is your dog or if you recognize him please reach out ASAP! Last thing I want is another dog in the shelter

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free.
