This dog is malnourished! You can see its ribcage. It might have been dropped to the streets near Walmart??? Please take to vet office to check for microchip! 🙏

This dog has been starved. Considering he is not that dirty indicates he has not been on the street that long and could have been subject to abuse. Having said this I would rethink finding an owner and reach out to the rescue for the well being of the dog.
