Victoria Magick Enciso-Moreno did she have a harness on ? I’m 95% sure I saw her last night with a homeless woman .. I gave money to the lady and told her to feed the dog .. she was really dirty but it did look like the dog saw her off Durango and warm springs behind a dumpster
