My heart is broken, I’ve tried to be the best pet mom I can possibly be but I failed. The slight wing clip wasn’t enough to keep him on the ground after he got startled being taken from the Aviary back in his travel cage. I keep praying he’s still alive and not in pain somewhere. I can’t sleep and I can’t eat. The guilt is eating me up. We were close a few times, thinking we could get him back but he kept flying way up high into trees being scared.
