Description

Grey ish and black stripes tabby - he is a medium hair very fluffy around the neck, tale and stomach. Big green ish eye. He had a long back stripe that runs in the middle from his head to tale. He is very shy and might be really scared, we are thinking he went inside a car and was drove away to near areas of location provided. Even if you are not near please keep an eye out 😭

Monserrath Mendoza I am feeding him. I take care of 5 stray cats and he is out front with them. He is a very big fluffy cat , but i'm not sure if he has any white on his chest. Let me try to look at him tomorrow if I can and maybe get a picture or look better at his coloring. I live south of baseline by Kiwanis park. It is quite a distance from you. I always hate getting people's hopes up and then it's not their cat. I get lots of cats because I feed them. I just saw him on my front porch.Drinking water. I would really love if he's your cat. I don't mind giving you my address. But I don't think you would see him if you Came over. He runs and hides. I typically see him out front After dark.

He looks so similar to a cat that showed up at my house a couple weeks ago. He is so scared and shy acting. I cant get a picture. I live at mill and baseline. I will try to get a picture but he mostly comes out after dark from wherever he is hiding

Most indoor cats will stay very close to home, but they will go into hiding because they go into survival mode, especially during the day. If it’s at all possible for you to put some recently worn clothing, bedding, a cat tree, if your cat has one near a open door window or garage where the cat will have access to return home, they usually will do it between midnight and 3 AM in the morning. Do not put a litter box out because that will attract other predators such as coyotes, raccoons, skunks, etc. keeping your cat in hiding. That’s why they bury their pee and poop even when outside or in their litter box to hide their scent .At night time, you can also take a flashlight looking under cars in trees and bushes Taking with you a bag of treats if your cat is treat motivated, calling its name softly staying low to the ground, shaking the bag and using the flashlight to possibly light up your cats eyes. (even if you’re a cat hears you calling them they may not respond because again they are in survival mode and may not want to give away their hiding spot )Sometimes they can stay in hiding for days so don’t give up. Hope these tips help and that you’re beautiful. Cat returns home safely and soon🙏🐈‍⬛❤️ don’t give up sometimes they can stay in hiding for over a week until they get really hungry, especially when a lot of commotion is going on during the daytime. also if there’s been any recent rain your kitty may stay in hiding even longer so like I said, just don’t give up. It just may take a while.
