1. Go out at dawn and dusk to look (cats mostly come out during these quiet times). Bring a flashlight with you to shine into dark spaces/bushes in hopes of catching their eyes reflecting. 2. Put your phone # with “LOST” along with picture of kitty on large, brightly colored (pink/green), paper and post at all entrances/exits near where your cat was last seen. 3. Call shelters/look online if anyone has brought your cat in, especially Bonnie Hayes. They don’t keep cats long. 4. You can contact the cat adoption team for some other ideas such as renting humane traps. 5. Leave their smelly blanket, toys, or anything with your scent on your porch along with food and water. 6. Post to ring, Nextdoor, Facebook and Pawboost and check them often. 7. If microchipped, notify the company as well. 8. “Petco love lost” allows you to search by microchip # or a photo of your pet to see if anyone has posted about them >> https://petcolove.org/lost/i-lost-a-pet/?step=location When we lost our kitty, we were able to find her through some amazing community members. Best wishes in finding your baby. I'm very sorry.

If you put used clothing or bedding that smells like you or someone he/she loves outside , it can help your kitty find it’s way back to you. Your kitty could be locked in someone’s shed or house, stuck by its collar or.... Ask your neighbors if they have seen kitty . Give them your contact info or poster. Make posters and hang them all over the neighborhoods with photo and contact info. Walk in quiet times calling kitty quietly, stopping often and waiting as it will take courage for a kitty to leave a hiding place. Rattle some kibble. Shine a flashlight at night, their eyes may reflect at you. May your baby be with you soon.
