I take care of this cat because it appears to be hearing impaired, and it it showed up in my building. then it started sleeping in a drain with another cat that he made friends with. I can't touch him or anything but he looks like he's somebody's if he has his collar on, it has a bell on it. he made friends with a stray cat that I usually feed,they both sleep in the drain .I feed them when it cools off and when it's calm outside in the morning early morning.
