Green parrot. Looks to be size of a conure but has no red or yellow just green and some grey

Seems friendly it’s up there watching and talking to us but will not come down. I think it’s a monk parakeet?

That certainly sounds like him - he made that chattering sort of noise all the time. If that’s him, then it’s a dusky headed conure. Hopefully someone else will see this post and be able to coax him down. He‘s pretty smart and as you wrote probably having a lot of fun.

Hi there I was not able to catch him. I did have a dog with me but he was still very curious and was responding when I tried calling him down. He seemed in no rush just was having a grand ole time in that tree. I think it was a Quaker parakeet I’m happy to give you a better idea of the tree I saw him in
