Can't tell by this photo posted but if the dog looks like this and if she responds to the name Faith let me know, I circled in yellow of signs to look for on the dog two small white fur patches on the back feet by the toes one on each back feet, and a patch of white right under the bottom lip, and a white chest, just want to make sure she isn't roaming lose because she was rehomed and wanted to make sure she isn't roaming lose after she got sent to a new home. If it's her i can get in touch with the owner that I sent her with,or can take her back in if she has no where to go but can only do it if it's actually the same dog
