Tina Norman Bradshaw no she has signs that she used to have a collar but it’s not there now. My elderly neighbor was beating her with a stick this morning so right now she’s up the street in crate with a friend and another friend will be taking her to forever friends humane society when they open tomorrow.

This dog is hot, tired, wandering between us and the community center for days. I don’t have any means to make flyers. I’m pregnant with no funds. I appreciate everyone’s willingness to tell me how I should handle it though. I’m doing exactly what I can do.
