I noticed him like 4 days ago chilling behind / under a dumpster at the saint paul courthouse. he was to scared to come up to people but was very food motivated and didnt run away. I put down a trap for him last night (7/26/2026) and he walked in less then two minutes after. he doesnt have a chip or a collar. ive named him spoons and have a vet appointment for him tomorrow (7/28/2026) to make sure he is 100% okay. my plan is to foster him untill I figure something out.
