Check your neighborhood maybe the owner was looking for the pub and maybe post the signs. Please put some water out there for the dog if possible and friendly if you could take it to an vet or Petco store or fire department and see if it’s stripped please don’t just let the dog go around. Might get hit by a car. 🐾🐾🙏💔🐕
