Post on Nextdoor in Lost and Found Pets group,in Cat Owner's group,in Community Cats group,post on Neighbors app.File a Lost report with the local animal shelter,go there to check the cages a couple of times a week, bring proof of ownership; Pictures,Vet bills, vaccine records, subscriptions, etc
