White long fur...looks like missing fur on stomach.

Dog has been laying in front of the Kaiser doctor's office on Cabrillo Park and 4th Street in Santa Ana California all day I gave them food and water I think it might be a girl but I'm not sure long White fur looks like maybe has a bald spot on stomach area. Dog looks friendly but scared let me get close enough to feed her but looks really scared outside by herself. I really pray somebody sees this message and comes to take this sweet girl back home.
