Guys this dog is back in the same yard I saw him last week , is there any way someone can come and probably help him , I fed him again but he won’t let me come near him and I’m on the clock right now , I get out after 4pm , I can cover for any expenses this may cause , I saw a black dog as well very skinny which I believe I saw in a separate post somewhere.

Poor little thing I was going to take him home but I get it , I was a stranger to him and was very hesitant towards me , I will be going back to this port tomorrow , I wish I had more time to spend with him even though I was with him for a good 20 minutes , what bugs me is that every one else turned a blind side to him 🥺
