To the owners of Billie if you haven't emptied Billie's litter box,surround the outside of your house with it's leftover litter,hang toys, favorite blanket anything that has its sent on it, even try items of yours such as your blanket,a piece of your clothing and continue to call out her name all around the neighborhood and maybe she will smell the items that you've placed around the outside of the house even place her food dish next to the door or window and since she's already outside leave a window or door slightly open so she'll be able to get back in,I truly hope this helps with her return because I'm sure she must be terrified.
