Update: Animal Control picked her up and she is headed to Humane Society in Newark. She is exhausted. I tried to give her water/food but she didn’t want it. Praying she is loved.

Hi everyone, I called animal control and the Newark non emergency number. A police officer arrived and she got scared and ran off. He went after her in his car. Praying he finds her. She is very scared poor thing.
