I found this little man while walking my dog this morning 7/25. He walked right up to me meowing and asking for help. I walk here everyday and have never seen this cat roaming before. Definitely seems like a hse cat

Some people don't have Facebook and owners will look at animal control for their pets. If you can't hold please take to the shelter in county where found.
