Message from Finder

She’s been roaming around the neighborhood for a couple months now. She’s been coming to our place and some other hses in our neighborhood (not our cat) but she meows to be let in. Someone in the neighborhood said that a family moved and left their cat. She’s very friendly and gives the sweetest cuddles but we can’t have this cat. I hope she finds her family.

If she's friendly, you should be able to take her to a vet near you and have her scanned for free. That's were I would start.
