white rabbit with distinct black markings , one black line down his back black ears and black eyes . wants to come when i call him - is afraid definitely someone’s pet but is having the time of his life in our yard

this rabbit seems well taken care of. He tries to come when I call him, but he is very hesitant. He drank a lot of water when I gave him some and some carrots, and is eating a lot, and having the time of his life in the yard I am nervous to approach him and scare him off and haven’t seen anyone post about him. He has been in our yard for three days now.
