If no one claims, I would LOVE to have.. I have 4 parakeets in a very large cage.. We tell our male Chihuahua to go check on his babies & straight to the cage he goes..Also if anyone should have a female Chihuahua, we would LOVE to adopt her too!!!

Not sure about in Charleston but in the Northern East Coast, RI, MA, etc...these Quaker parrots live and thrive all year long outdoors. Typically if you see one there's dozens more around it....it's a communal parrot that builds humongous nests where dozens gather together. However, with that being said, it is possible that it can also very someone's pet. I actually had a blue Quaker years ago...
