Kinsley went missing today, September 2, around 11:00 AM from 221 Bevan Way in the Springer Woods neighborhood, near US-36 and South Section Line Road in Delaware. She is a small white-and-chestnut Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Kinsley was rescued from a puppy mill and is extremely skittish. ⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT CHASE, CALL OUT TO, OR APPROACH HER—she may run.
