MESSAGE FROM FINDER
This poor kitty has been roaming our neighborhood since at least June 2020. He/she is very skittish, I was only able to get this photo because he was hanging out in a chair on my porch and I could take the photo through my window. Last week I saw him running around with a plastic potato chip bag on his head and became very worried about him (called Fairfax Co. Animal Control, but they took a look and couldn't find him). Luckily I saw him a few days after that and he'd gotten the bag off his head. With the cold weather coming, I am getting more worried about him. If this is your kitty, he needs you to come get him!
