Apparently this dog does not have any kind of ID tag, and has been found wandering before. There is someone who is willing to take her if she is not working out for you. If you are able to keep her - please get her an ID tag and collar. She looks so sweet, it would be sad if she wanders off again and ends up being hit by a car, or turned into animal services and never makes it out. Just thinking about her safety. Bless you.

Toni Marie I completely agree! Tge dig doesn't have pups to my knowledge. We've been going through this for a dew weeks now. Yesterday, we spoke to their neighbor and she said she would talk to them. If we get her--which we would love to--we'll get her spayed right away. As you said, the owners are completely irresponsible. And Zoe is such a sweet dog. We just drove dow that street to see if Zoe was there and if this was another dig, and she wasn't. She wasn't in their backyard, either. So, I bet it's her.

Are you able to confirm if this poor dog does indeed have puppies? If so, are they weaned and is the neighbor taking care of them? It is completely irresponsible not to have an ID tag on a dog. If you do end up with the dog, there are low cost options for her to be spayed. What a mess! Praying for a solution.
