Message from Finder

Maggie May was posted on Pawboost as lost on September 7. She came in to Athens-Clarke County Animal Services yesterday as stray. We have not heard back from her owner in responding to that post and the phone number associated with her microchip is not active. We are hoping that her owner reclaims her before her stray hold expires on Monday, Oct 19, at 4:00. The shelter is located at 125 Buddy Christian Way in Athens and is open to the public 12-4 on Mondays, 11-4 on Tuesdays-Saturdays, and 12-3 on Sundays. Please help us get Maggie May home!

Katie Smith Ingram Dawn Stula · I just called the Grove again and it was the same woman. She said he has been informed, but then said there is a sign on his door and she repeated several times that that is all that she is at liberty to say to me. I made a joke and said can I send you a picture of the man from the Facebook and she sighed and I said I don’t even know this man or this dog! and we both laughed. Then as a last ditch effort I said it sounds like someone else should maybe adopt Maggie May? And she said he has until Monday right? Thats what it said on the door. And I said I believe so. Then she said she was very busy. Lord someone help figure this out I feel sorry for everybody involved!
