Robin Hubbard Clark’s hill lake is the correct location. Farthest end of the beach in the parking lot hiding under a car. He’s very skinny and was very dehydrated. I’m worried he was dumped since it was at a “no dogs allowed area”

Do you mean Beech Island?? Have you taken a picture to the local shelter in case owner is checking there? If you can’t hold here in Augusta, please take to the local Augusta shelter on Mack lane. Owner probably checking there anyway. Has it been scanned for a chip yet??
