Looks like large black Shepard or cattle dog mix

This dog was wearing a collar and walked by around 1am on 3/23. Seems well fed - did their business and ran off no sign of them today. Looks like a Shepard mix.

This dog has an owner. She is close to rescuing her dog. Take this down before yhe wrong folks start trouble with this rescue attempt as they have already!! She has been chased i to the street @admin.
