Could this be him?? Found him outside in my yard and went right into the house. Taking him to the vet right now to check for a chip

Could this be your cat? My friend came upon him today at a commercial building off or Rancho and Craig. He was on the roof and then slipped off, but didn't appear to be injured. My friend gave him food and water, and he ate and drank. But she couldn't get too close to him because he was skittish
