Very sweet dog roaming city terrace park around 6:40pm. No collar and Didn’t seem scared or hungry. He ran right up to me when I called him over. This felt more like the pup’s nightly walk he takes himself rather than lost. (Common in my neighborhood.) But I Had my dog with me who’s got a real attitude so I couldn’t bring with.)
