Description
Black short hair with white spot on tip of front left paw. Picked up by County of Riverside on May 25 with a bad upper respiratory infection.
Message from Finder
He first appeared in January with the collar shown in picture, blue with red edging, plus white and red anchors on it. Was only around a few days before he moved on. Recently reappeared and has come by several times over the last month or so without the collar on anymore, but has same white spot to verify same cat as shown. He appears unfixed, but fairly friendly as we've been able to pet on occasion.
