Update: Couldn't find the owner. We took her to Independence Animal Shelter 21001 MO-78, Independence, MO 64057. She was unfortunately not chipped so they are keeping her for the 5 day stray hold to see if the owners come forward. Thank you to everyone who shared and commented.
