Lynn Wilson i spoke to the owner via Messenger. According to construction workers in the area, the dog was picked up by someone in a Gray vehicle and they were 2 older. Ladies, have you seen this dog show up on the animal foundation Website yet

I found some construction workers that said they seen her get picked up by two older ladies and they were asking around if they knew where she belonged, but they were long gone by the time I got to the construction workers. And yes, she is chipped, but I haven’t heard anything yet.
