Rosanne M. Covell do you know the owners? Would like to know their names; have them tagged here so we can communicate with them. I’m almost certain (99%) I saw her yesterday, April 5 at 5:30 near I-26 at off-ramp to Lake Murray Blvd. I drove through Prisma Urgent Care and Parkwood Hospital and saw her too close to I-26. She saw me but ran the other way. Very scared for her safety. Praying for safe return! Also security guard at Prisma was trying to get her to come to him too.
