Thank you so much! I printed out your information and I will follow that. Tomorrow morning first thing I’m going to take it to a vet that is just within walking distance of my apartment to check if there’s a chip. Hope that works. I’m going to keep in my bathroom tonight because I have a shelter dog who wasn’t raised to be with other animals. But I’m doing rotations until night time. It’s a real sweet cat and it was crying and obviously lost. It would follow me so we walked around the complex but nothing. I was expecting someone to be out looking for her. I won’t just give her to anyone. Do you know how a shelter authorizes ownership of not chipped? Thank you.

I'll try but check with a vet's office near you. I believe that she said it was a young lynx point Siamese, unneutered, unchipped so she brought it to the humane society. May have been before September 3 though.
