My name is Mignon. My dog, Morkie -named Bliss that is Black and Tan , 13 lbs - was startled by a firework and that she ran out of the hse last night from California St. and Brush st approximately. She has a twin brother also so I’m sure she is scared, lonely, hungry, and experiencing real separation anxiety. She’s never been away from her brother or “human parents” since birth.
