You probably already have been told, but just in case:
Be sure to leave a lanai, garage or outer door cracked open just enough at night to let the kitty back in should it come roaming in the night, a few have had luck in doing so. Best time to go looking is at night, after all has quieted down in the area, take a flashlight, kitty treats to shake while calling name. Alert your neighbors on nextdoor.com and go door to door, ask them to watch their garages and sheds should the kitty have taken shelter in one, one was found a few wks back stuck in a shed for 10 days. Get signs up around area and especially at intersections. Ask neighborhood kids and teens to keep an eye out, offer a $20 reward, kids love money and are always out running around playing, definitely can't hurt. If chipped, alert your chip company and area vets as well. Good luck, shared
