Found this small black dog running from fireworks near-ish Brook Run Park around 7pm. Checked for microchip at the vet and no luck. No collar. Took him in for the night and looking for his owner.

Posting here as well as sending an email via Pawboost- someone came to the Dekalb shelter today looking for a male pup who matches this image. I would highly recommend bringing this pup in and getting him registered with the shelter. thanks so much for keeping him safe and working to reunite him with his family!
