I hope you have notified and will check daily at Hitchcock Animal Shelter as necessary! Key is to keep calmly calling your cat at all hours, especially the wee hours & looking for it, using a flashlight to help see its eyes…Check all around your house inside and out and under everything including greenery & especially in all dark spots…Check high and low! Also ask all your neighbors to check their garages, sheds, etc. in case your cat got closed inside one! Leave a door or a window open enough for your cat to potentially let itself back inside! Try opening some smelly food like tuna (do not serve it in the can) or rotisserie chicken & shake a food/snacks bag often! 🤞🏼
