Found senior unaltered male

While walking my dog yesterday I found a black senior male stuck in the creek at Blessing Branch Park. I was able to get him out of the creek and took him . He has a white face. Is a senior. Had infections/hematomas of the ears. Possible mange or hair loss due to fleas. Is deaf and appears to have some vision issues.
