This small senior dog was found laying on the curb for a long period of time and appeared very weak and lethargic. He may possibly be blind or visually impaired and was refusing food and water. Due to his condition and concern for his wellbeing, I brought him to 24/7 PetVets as a Good Samaritan emergency drop off so he could receive medical attention.
