Martha Yakaira Wilkey the dog we have has much smaller and darker ears and different facial markings. We believe based on some Other evidence that he has been on the loose longer than a few days. I’m sorry.

We’re heartbroken that Rowan County animal control told us they won’t help us catch our dog. I have it on video. I don’t want to have to expose them, but it’s so crooked.
