Found small female black and white Shih Tzu in Cava parking lot on Independence and Oleander. She does have a chip but it’s not linked with her owners contact info. We plan to hang signs in area she was found.

Lydie Hedrick ???? Without a photo, people may not even notice the sign. You can ask plenty of questions that will identify the dog: gender, collar color, ask to see their pictures of their dog. Not to mention the immense number of phone calls you may get if they DO notice the sign.
