White and black fluffy fur like a panda and has a spot on her back she prances when she walks and runs very sweet puppy she has a hernia on her tummy and needs surgery soon!

I was out of town and where I was living they packed all of my things and made me move without any notice and gave my dog away without my knowledge. I’m 21 and scuba has helped me in so many ways and I couldn’t want another best friend Please help me get my pup back she misses her mama and i need her home 💔

This is scuba please help me find her🙏💔 she was given away to someone and I was out of town I just want my puppy back Westminster Huntington Beach area if you have any information 651-870-7824 The police have been contacted but can’t do much if I don’t know where or who has her 😞 She has a spot on her back She has a hernia that needs to have surgery on her tummy She is the sweetest dog and my best friend and if anyone can get information! I can’t give a lot of information due to the fact this is all being taken to court but I was out of town and thought she was in good hands it happened in Westminster most likely my baby was taken into surrounding area/citys
