Tabby, was wearing a collar with a bell on it. It was a breakaway so it’s possible he may not have already gotten out of it.

This is my sweet and skittish cat Chotu. As we were moving to the area, he unexpectedly got out and has now been missing for more then 24 hours. Last seen in our backyard, but he climbed over the fence and it was dark so we couldn’t stop him. Hasn’t returned since.

When I lived in Houston and my cat got out, I walked the neighborhood/blocks around my house calling for her at intervals between 12-3am (when it is really quiet) for several nights and I was able to draw her back towards our house and eventually I caught her in our yard. I have given this advice many times and so far most people have been able to find their cats. Don't give up! Your cat is probably just scared, hiding and needs to be drawn out! 🙏🙏🙏

Hope you find him soon! I’d suggest keep your clothes/ towel etc outside your house, with the garage cracked open. Keep the cat’s favorite treats lining up to the garage and place his favorite foods there. Good wishes to you 😊🌻

Go to tractor supply get a live Animal trip put wet food in it covered with a dark blanket and check it every couple hours. It works. I’ve done it several times. It may take a week or two, but Cats don’t go that far for the first couple weeks.
