I found this exhausted and hungry budgie yesterday evening while jogging on the Bay Trail in Hercules. Looks like it’s someone’s pet. It’s currently in my home seven minutes away, getting food, water and rest. Hoping to reunite it with its owner! Give me a matching description and I’ll return it! 🩵
